Achieving growth with Koho PSA

Riku Salomaa, the entrepreneur behind Accotilit Oy, wanted to find a tool that would improve his accounting firm’s time-consuming processes. Invoicing needed to be made easier from start to finish, as their previous operating model was very labor- and resource-intensive. The goal of the system renewal was to facilitate controlled business growth, so having proper, scalable tracking tools was essential. The deployment process was handled in a smart and cost-effective manner,” says Salomaa.

According to the project manager, customers are sometimes surprised that the deployment is conducted online. Nevertheless, everybody benefits from this remote service, as the costs stay low and the service is fast. “We can give full points to Koho PSA and their project manager for the deployment. The process was exceptionally smooth, and the change positively impacted all our business functions,” states Salomaa.

Deploying Koho PSA involves more than just initial training; it’s an ongoing process throughout the customer relationship. With Accotilit, the deployment continued with 15-minute “master classes” during their morning meetings. During those Koho PSA presentations, the project manager was able to answer any questions that had arisen about using Koho PSA.

“This way of working suited us well and helped us to quickly adapt to this new software. We have had a very positive experience with Koho PSA’s customer service. No matter how trivial our questions may seem, we always receive friendly and helpful responses. The calmness and clarity of the project manager’s character has fostered a positive atmosphere amidst change, and we have avoided pushback. We have also improved time tracking for billable hours. Additionally, it’s now simpler to distribute workload fairly among team members. This kind of information is a great asset for sales work. “Thanks to Koho PSA, tenders are now calculated more accurately and efficiently. In Koho PSA, we can clearly see how much time is taken for similar customer work, as well as compare the number of transfers and receipts involved. This kind of information can provide a solid foundation for new tenders. Tenders based on empirical data are also easy to justify to customers,” states Salomaa.
